Because many consumers don’t understand the processing of photographs there are many mixed beliefs about processing services (cont):
- Errors in photographs
- for many, the fault of the photographer or the lighting in which they are taking the photograph
- for few, an error in the printing of the photographs
- for others, the camera, inappropriate film etc.
